Chef Amanda is a multi-faceted chef from rural South Georgia. She has been apart of the culinary world professionally for 12 years. Chef Amanda's career has taken her on learned path from dishwasher to executive chef. After completing her culinary education at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC, she went on to work in Tallahassee, FL, Thomasville, GA, Athens, GA, and Atlanta, GA.
Chef Amanda began Lambtown Girl, a personal chef service, in Atlanta, GA in March 2015. Serving her signature modernist Southern cuisine through meal prep, private dinners, intimate events, and cocktail parties. After a great two year run, Chef Amanda closed Lambtown Girl for good, and began the next phase of her career in California.
Chef C. Amanda Jackson currently lives in the Los Angeles area where she is a personal chef, brand ambassador, and cannabis chef.
