~ Brandon Williams ~

Born and raised in a town about 45 miles west of New Orleans, Chef Brandon L. Williams is no stranger to Louisiana Cuisine. Known locally as "Chef B," this young chef has amassed over twenty years of experience preparing Cajun and Creole cuisine. Chef B, is a creative culinarian who is classically trained by the Louisiana Culinary Institute, where he studied under the direction of Chef Colt Patin. He's also a member of the American Culinary Federation, Cajun Culinary Roots, and The Soul Roll Company. Chef B's niche is his ability to take modern soul food and give it a contemporary flare and a gourmet design. Prior to attending LCI, his training began under the tutelage of Chef Nadine Phenix, Selina M. Howard, and his mother Lucille D. Cox, just to name a few. He is truly one of the Great Chefs of America.
