I am happily married for over 30 years to the same wonderful women with 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren. I attended The Art Institute of Washington DC where I sharpened my culinary skills. I was the Dietary Assistant and cook at the Brown Nursing Home in NJ and have cooked for various churches in MD. I now have a YouTube channel called Sizzlin Siblings where I am doing some teaching and demonstrating basic cooking skills along with my sister who also went to culinary school. Soon I will be creating a second YouTube channel to teach children to love to cook, as I am showing and training my grandchildren.
I enjoy cooking as I have tasted the cuisines from cultures around the world from my 10 years in the US Army. Experimenting with various technics and styles being creative is what I love to do when it comes to cooking.
