Chef Kristal’s love for food started at the young age of seven, where she began cooking in the kitchen at home, learning from TV cooking shows and online research on the creativity of food. Over the years, her passion for food grew more robust and it was only natural that she attend culinary school. Chef Kristal graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
After working in the culinary industry, she realized that she wanted a more hands on and personable experience with clients. Chef Kristal believes that every meal, whether it be healthy or comfort food, should taste as if the chef put their heart and “soul” into the dish…….. The birth of K-Souls was formed. K-Souls mission is to create an all around unforgettable culinary experience.
