Chef LaShaunte Wade from a small age was able to experience a variety of different cuisines while traveling with her military family. She is a graduate from The Art Institute of California-Inland empire with a degree in Culinary Arts & in Baking & Pastry. She completed her sport nutrition course at Matthew Kenney Raw & Vegan Culinary School and will have completed her certification in 2017 in Sports nutrition. Chef Shay has over 6 years of catering experience and has catered at events for Ronald McDonald House, red carpet events, film & TV. She is a professional photographer that specializes in fashion and food photography. She has styled and made food for many commercials and tv shows and films and has been published in many magazines. She has been an Executive Pastry Chef at a Popular Italian restaurant in Temecula, Ca. She has also taught classes to get culinary students ready for restaurant careers in the kitchen. She has was also executive chef for The High Pointe in Anniston, Alabama. Many of her clients include Professional athletes, high profile business professionals and celebrities. She has her own greenhouse and is a believer of fresh and local produce. She now works at Kyma in Buckhead.
