Mitzi Jackson (Chef MJ) is experienced in Culinary Arts, restaurant consulting, and culinary management. She trained at Johnson and Wales University and has been recognized as one of the best private chefs in NC. Chef MJ was a Semi Finalist in the S and D coffee culinary challenge.
