Born in Cali..Raised in Florida. Moved to Louisiana at 19 to pursue my culinary dreams and now I'm Cheffin it up right on the Bayou. I am currently 24 now and an Executive Sous Chef at a Counrty Club in Gonzalez, LA. Here i get to be as creative as i want and put my cooking skills to the test. There's no better feeling then getting to wake up each morning and have the opportunity to design something inexperienced by anybody and have them love it while it helps feed the mind body and soul. Alot of passion goes into every little detail and flavor I put into my dishes. There's so much out there to learn when I comes to cooking. The cooking doesn't stop. Everybody has to eat and I'll be right there serving them up.
