I have been cooking in the kitchen with my mom and dad for as long as I can remember. I more recently decided to take a passion and try to create jobs or job opportunities in the food industry. I will be graduating the Culinary Institue of Virginia in May 2017 and I am currently head chef at a small Mediterranean restaurant and a line cook with Kelly's Tavern, and looking forward to introducing my imprint on the culinary world as owner and operator of Pristine Cuisine.
